Installation Instructions:

Step 1.) Insert batteries into light as shown in figure 1. Place one battery with the positive end up and the other two batteries positive end down.

Step 2.) Pump jack up to allow access to the front axle carrier. Wipe axle carrier shaft down to provide a clean area to mount the bracket. Unscrew wing nut from bracket and disassemble it. Figure 2.

Step 3.) There are 2 rubber shims included so that the Jacklight Pro will attach to a wide range of floor jacks. On most 2 ton models use both shims. On 2 ½ ton models use the larger shim. And on 3 ton and up models use the smaller shim. Wrap the proper shim and the C bracket around the jack’s front axle carrier shaft so that the larger of the 2 C clamp’s end is the closest to the floor. Figure 3.

Step 4.) Next insert the screw and the slide bracket into the bottom end of the C clamp. Tighten the wing nut down until the bracket is firmly attached to the axle carrier shaft. Figure 4.

Step 5.) Slide the light into the bracket and adjust the angle to provide maximum light to the under carriage of the vehicle. Figure 5.
